The President & Committee cordially invite you and your friends to a weekend of racing, wining, dining and dancing at the 112th running of the 2013 Carlton Mid Roma Picnic Races on Saturday 16 March 2013.
Black Toyota Black Tie Ball on Friday night, March 15 – 6.30pm
- Complimentary bus pick up and return from all roma accommodations
- pre dinner drinks on arrival at Bassett Park
- complimentary beer and wines throughout the evening
- 3 course sit down dinner
- Lucky door/ticket prizes
- Live Band, Golden Child and dancing til midnight
- Ball tickets are all part of a Members Weekend package and cannot be purchased individually. Tickets available here
Saturday, March 16
Gates open at 11am
11.45am CBA sponsors lunch, Members Marquee trackside
Noon - Corporate marquees open
1.30pm – 5 race program begins
McDonalds Fashions on the Field judging – most glamorous fashions event in the Maranoa
3pm – afternoon tea
4.30pm – Racing finishes
6pm - Corporate marquee bar service finishes
After Race Party, estimated close – 2am Sunday morning.
Complimentary bus service to town and all accommodations
Camping is available at Bassett Park, no booking required.
Weekend tickets for the full racing weekend, includes afternoon tea, raceday entry and members marquee entry and after race party.
The Roma Picnics Race Day is a mid-strength event from 6pm, supporting the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
