2013 Carlton Mid Roma Picnic Races
WEEKEND MEMBERS TICKETS SOLD OUT
Tickets for the 2013 Carlton Mid Roma Picnic Races and Black Tie Ball are on sale now.
Tickets ($165) for the Picnic Race Weekend include:
- Black Toyota Black Tie Ball on Friday night, under the pavilion at Bassett Park (hor’s d’oeuvres and drinks on arrival, sit down, three course meal, complimentary wines and beers, live music and dancing until the bar closes at 12 midnight). 6.30pm start.
- Entry to Bassett Park and the Members marquee on raceday. ($50)
- Afternoon tea in the Wool Court. ($10)
The ticket is all-inclusive and Ball tickets cannot be bought separately. Ball seating is in tables of 10 although there may be some exceptions if guests don’t mind squishing. Please indicate a table name when booking and we will be sure to seat you with your mates. If you have none, just fill out the age question and we will seat you with some new friends. Roma is a very friendly place and the Picnics is better than RSVP for striking up a conversation.
Weekend Tickets for local postcode registrants (4455) will be held at the Race Club office at 52 Hawthorne St, Roma (next to McDonalds) or can be collected from the door on Ball night. All other weekend tickets will be mailed. Gate Entry tickets are e-scanned on the day only so dont forget to print your ticket.
